For any MMHS Wampanoag student or MMHS student residing in a Wampanoag household, grades 7-12:

Indian Education is partnering with Wôpanâak Language Reclamation Project (WLRP) to offer a Wampanoag only class here at MMHS. This class will take place on Fridays from 10:14-10:59 in the Indian Education Room starting on November 15th. It's a voluntary class for any MMHS Wampanoag student or MMHS student living in a Wampanoag household. Come learn to speak your language by watching, listening, and then speaking. This class does not use a textbook; all you need is yourself and a willingness to have some fun!

To sign up, please pick up a permission slip in the Main Office. Once completed, return the permission slip to the Main Office. The class begins November 15th and any interested student MUST sign up before December 6th.

Do you want to learn about the Wôpanâak Language Reclamation Project? Check out their website at https://www.wlrp.org/

Please wish them well! Any staff member and students who are in the building are welcome to stop by and support them! Besides students and staff this competition is limited to parents/guardians and close family and friends of the team due to limited space. MMHSSpiritDays

Every Friday is an MMHS Spirit Day! We encourage students and staff to wear their Mashpee gear, royal blue, white, or black. We have a school store located just outside our cafeteria for students who would like to shop. Let's go Falcons!

A very important message from our very own Mashpee TV broadcaster Cameron Peterson: Hi my name is Cameron Peterson. I am so happy to be a new broadcaster and commentator for Mashpee TV. A big thank you to Mr. Chris Ball for allowing me to be the new broadcaster. I have already worked as a commentator for 2 of the 3 home games for the Falcons this year. I am a proud Cape Codder and a member of Aquinnah Wampanoag Tribe. I decided to take this role because I like football and finding something new to do. I am exploring the option of becoming a real commentator, and I may also like to go into the Air Force to help protect our country.
