A Message from the Superintendent
Welcome to Mashpee Public Schools!
It is an honor and a privilege to serve as Superintendent of a school district and community that cares so deeply about children. From our youngest learners at Kenneth C. Coombs School to our graduating seniors at Mashpee Middle-High School, we are committed to ensuring that every student is known, valued, challenged, supported, and inspired to learn.
What makes Mashpee Public Schools special extends well beyond what happens in our classrooms. We are a close-knit community built on relationships with our students and families, with one another, with the Town of Mashpee, with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, and with the many community partners who invest their time, talents, and resources in our young people.
At MPS, we believe deeply in the potential of every student. Our responsibility is not simply to prepare students academically, but to help them become curious thinkers, confident learners, compassionate people, and contributing members of their communities. Doing so requires high expectations, exceptional learning experiences, strong relationships, and adults who continually learn and grow alongside the students we serve.
It also requires partnership. Our families and community are essential members of Team Mashpee. We value your perspectives, welcome your questions, and believe our schools become stronger when we listen to and learn from one another.
