Special Education

Welcome to Special Education at Mashpee Public Schools

At Mashpee Public Schools, we are committed to supporting the diverse learning needs of all students. Children and young adults between the ages of 3 and 22 may be eligible for special education services if they require specialized instruction and/or related services to make effective progress in the general education curriculum.

Students who have a disability but do not require specialized instruction may qualify for accommodations through a Section 504 Plan, ensuring access to the curriculum in the least restrictive environment.

We believe in inclusive practices, strong family partnerships, and individualized support that empowers every student to reach their full potential.
